 International Shipping Policy (FedEx / UPS / EMS)

1. Available Shipping Methods

We offer three international shipping services. You can choose based on delivery speed, budget, and customs clearance preference:

> Note: Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not including order processing time (usually 6–10 business days).

2. Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated based on **package weight (actual or dimensional weight, whichever is higher)** and destination country/region. The final cost is shown at checkout.
- An **remote area surcharge** may apply (as defined by the carrier). If so, we will notify you in advance.
- Orders over **e.g., $200 USD** qualify for **free shipping (FedEx or UPS economy service only)**.

3. Customs & Duties

- All orders are shipped on a **DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)** basis. This means **customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility**.
- **EMS** may have a lower inspection rate in some countries, but buyers are still advised to check local import policies.
- **FedEx / UPS** will actively collect duties and advance fees from the recipient. Refusal to pay may result in package destruction or return (return shipping fees apply to the buyer).
- If a package is returned due to the buyer refusing to pay customs duties, we will deduct round-trip shipping fees and duty deposit before processing a refund.

> Tip: Business buyers can provide their tax ID. Individual buyers are advised to keep an order value within the duty-free allowance.

4. Processing & Dispatch Time

- Orders are dispatched within **1–2 business days** (excluding holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with **tracking number and tracking links**.
- Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events. We will help track and follow up.

 5. Address Changes & Returns

- **Address cannot be changed** after shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
- If a package is left unclaimed at the local depot for too long (usually 5–7 days), it will be returned to China. The buyer bears all return costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If a package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 15 days), we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Compensation will be based on the order value (excluding shipping fees).
- If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please **take photos and refuse delivery**, then contact us immediately.

**Q: Can I request FedEx instead of UPS?**  
A: Yes. Please leave a note at checkout. We will try to accommodate your request, though final carrier choice may depend on warehouse logistics.

**Q: Does EMS also incur customs duties?**  
A: Yes. EMS also clears customs according to local regulations, though inspection rates may be lower in some countries. It does not mean duty-free.
